In this glittering underground world she finds her extraordinary voice, a new family of misfits and dreamers, and the courage to fight for the club she now calls home.

When is Burlesque The Musical in Bradford

The musical runs at the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford from Tuesday 22 September to Saturday 26 September 2026. Across these five days there are evening performances and at least one matinee, giving you several chances to see the show.

Where is the Alhambra Theatre and how do I get there

The Alhambra Theatre is on Morley Street in Bradford city centre, postcode BD7 1AJ. It is within walking distance of Bradford Interchange and Forster Square stations, close to major bus routes and city-centre car parks, so you can arrive easily by train, bus or car.

How long does the Bradford performance last

Plan to be at the theatre for about three hours in total to allow time for arrival, interval refreshments and leaving the auditorium comfortably after the curtain call.

What kind of music and songs are in the show

The score features powerhouse songs by Christina Aguilera, Sia and Diane Warren from the original film, alongside thrilling new numbers from Todrick Hall and Jess Folley written for the stage. Has Burlesque won any awards

The 2010 Burlesque film has been widely recognised for its music, including a Golden Globe win for Diane Warren’s You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me and multiple nominations for its soundtrack and songs. Guides to the musical also highlight the film’s cult status and soundtrack accolades as part of the show’s appeal, even though the stage version itself is still early in its touring life.

Is Burlesque The Musical suitable for children

Burlesque The Musical in Bradford has an age guidance of 12 and over because it contains mature themes and strobe lighting. That reflects sensual themes, suggestive choreography, nightclub settings and some strong language, so younger children are unlikely to be comfortable with the content.

Who will enjoy Burlesque The Musical in Bradford

This musical is ideal for adults and older teens who enjoy glamorous costumes, bold choreography and big pop vocals. It is particularly popular for group nights out, hen parties and celebrations where everyone is happy with flirty humour, LGBTQ-inclusive characters and a high-energy, feel-good night at the theatre.

How can I get cheap tickets for Burlesque The Musical in Bradford

Ticket prices at the Alhambra Theatre start from around £24 for selected dates and seats, with top seats going up to about £76. To find cheaper options, look at midweek performances and choose seats a little further from the stage or higher up in the auditorium, which usually sit in lower price bands while still offering a good overall view.

What are smart strategies to save money on tickets

Book as early as you can so you can choose from the full range of price bands before the best-value seats sell out or move up a tier with demand. Check for Friends presales, group discounts and touring offers, and compare prices on the MusicalsAndTickets website with the Alhambra’s own box office so you can balance ticket cost, seat position and booking fees for the best overall deal.
