Rachel Zegler announces intimate West End residency at @sohoplace in 2027

Rachel Zegler will return to London for a concert residency at the West End’s @sohoplace from 5 to 17 January 2027, following her acclaimed performances in Evita and previous concerts. This marks her first West End residency and a rare opportunity for fans to see the Golden Globe-winning star in an intimate setting.

Rachel Zegler, the WhatsOnStage and Olivier Award-winning actress and singer, will perform her most personal shows yet in London early next year. The residency, titled Rachel Zegler – Live in London, will take place at @sohoplace, a venue known for its intimate layout where no seat is further than six rows from the stage.

The concerts follow Zegler’s 2025 sold-out shows at The London Palladium and her summer run in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Evita. She is currently preparing to reprise her role of Eva Perón in Jamie Lloyd’s upcoming Broadway revival of Evita.

The residency is produced by Lambert Jackson with musical supervision and arrangements by Adam Hoskins. Jamie Lambert, CEO of Lambert Jackson, described the residency as “a landmark moment for any artist” and praised Zegler’s extraordinary connection with audiences.

@sohoplace’s Nica Burns expressed delight at hosting Zegler in their “beautiful intimate auditorium,” promising the performances will be an “unforgettable experience.” This residency underlines Zegler’s growing prominence in both musical theatre and concert performances.

Zegler rose to fame playing Maria in Steven Spielberg’s film adaptation of West Side Story, a role that earned her a Golden Globe Award. Her theatrical credentials include major awards for Evita, and a concert role as Cathy Hiatt in Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years.

Presale tickets for the residency go on sale at 10am on 30 September, with general sales opening at midday the same day. Ticket purchases are limited to four per person.
