Heathers The Musical reveals full 2026 London and UK tour cast

Heathers The Musical has announced its complete cast for the 2026 London run and subsequent UK and Ireland tour, marking a notable staging at the new Arts at Marble Arch venue. The production continues the title’s tradition following multiple West End runs and tours since its London premiere in 2018.

Heathers The Musical, adapted by Kevin Murphy and Laurence O’Keefe from the 1989 cult film, will open at the Arts at Marble Arch with a full cast announced. The musical will perform 52 shows from 9 July to 22 August in the 594-seat temporary Arts Theatre space, before embarking on a wider UK and Ireland tour starting in Windsor.

The London run stars Gerardine Sacdalan, a WhatsOnStage Award nominee, as Veronica Sawyer, a role revealed live at this year’s West End Live. Louis Hearsey will take on the role of Jason “JD” Dean, with Liberty Stottor, Jessica Ibadin and Lou Henry completing the trio of Heathers as Chandler, Duke and McNamara respectively.

Other cast members include Veronica Carabai as Ms Fleming and Veronica’s Mom, Sophie Manners making her professional debut as Martha Dunnstock, and Markus Södergren as Kurt Kelly. The ensemble also features Reuben Browne, Christian De-Gallerie, and a series of newcomers and West End debuts enriching the line-up.

John Gurdían will make his West End debut in multiple roles including Ram’s Dad and Coach Ripper. Direction is by Andy Fickman, with choreography by Gary Lloyd and a creative team comprising David Shields on design, Ben Cracknell on lighting, Dan Samson on sound, and musical supervision by Jeremy Wootton and Will Joy.

Heathers The Musical first premiered in Los Angeles in 2013, transferred to New York’s New World Stages in 2014, and came to London in a revised edition in 2018. It won Best New Musical at the WhatsOnStage Awards in 2019 and was streamed on the Roku Channel in 2022.

The 2026 production will be the inaugural show at the Arts at Marble Arch, a new 594-seat theatre housing the Arts Theatre on a temporary basis. Full dates for the UK and Ireland tour following the London run are yet to be confirmed.
