The award-winning musical comedy Operation Mincemeat is set to release official sheet music through a new partnership between Avalon and Hal Leonard, expanding access to its score for performers and fans worldwide.

Operation Mincemeat, currently playing in the West End, on Broadway, and touring, has teamed with Hal Leonard to represent its global physical and digital sheet music interests. The WhatsOnStage Award-winning production is based on a true World War II espionage mission and has attracted attention for its compelling blend of history and comedy.

The show’s music was crafted by David Cumming, Felix Hagan, Natasha Hodgson, and Zoë Roberts, members of the band SpitLip. Operation Mincemeat previously had developmental runs at the New Diorama Theatre, Southwark Playhouse, and Riverside Studios before its wider acclaim.

As part of the new collaboration, Hal Leonard will produce and distribute a range of official sheet music publications. The initial release will be the Operation Mincemeat Vocal Selections folio, which is now available for preorder.

Additional physical and digital formats are planned to follow, aiming to cater to a broad audience of musicians, performers, and enthusiasts keen to engage with the show’s music. The schedule for these releases is set as part of a wider product rollout to support the musical’s growing international presence.
