Fraser Penman to join Now You See Me Live magic show at London Coliseum

Fraser Penman, the 2026 Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist and uncredited hypnotist from Now You See Me, will join the stage illusion show Now You See Me Live in the West End. The production, inspired by the blockbuster film franchise, runs at the London Coliseum from 31 July to 6 September 2026.

Now You See Me Live, presented by Lionsgate with Tim Lawson and Simon Painter, opens at the London Coliseum this summer, featuring a new special guest appearance by Fraser Penman. Penman is known for his unique blend of hypnosis, psychology, storytelling, humour and imagination, having performed at the Eventim Apollo, Blackpool Winter Gardens, and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

The live show has already toured successfully in Australia and Singapore, including a sold-out run at the Sydney Opera House. It reimagines the Now You See Me film franchise, which has grossed $929 million worldwide since its release.

Penman joins the core ensemble of “The Horsemen,” which includes illusion designer and performer Enzo Weyne, escapologist Andrew Basso, magician Gabriella Lester, and award-winning magician Matthew Pomeroy. Britain’s Got Talent finalist Eden Choi is also part of the line-up as a guest performer.

Weyne is currently scheduled to perform only until 10 August, while Choi will be absent from shows on 28, 29 and 30 August. The production is created by Painter and Adam Trent, with Ash Jacks as creative and stage director, Kirsty White as co-creative director, and Weyne overseeing illusion direction.

Fraser Penman’s addition to the cast emphasises the show’s mix of illusion, psychological performance, and theatrical storytelling, continuing the appeal that has driven its international tours.

Now You See Me Live represents one of several recent theatre productions drawing on popular film properties to bring blockbuster magic to the stage.
