Now You See Me Live magic show to open at London Coliseum in 2026
Now You See Me Live, a magic show inspired by the hit film franchise, will play a limited five-week run at the London Coliseum this summer. Following sold-out seasons in Sydney and Singapore, the production brings large-scale illusion and high-tech effects to the West End.
Now You See Me Live will run at the London Coliseum from 31 July to 6 September 2026. The show is presented by Lionsgate in collaboration with Tim Lawson, Simon Painter, and Runaway Entertainment, marking its UK premiere.
The production draws inspiration from the Four Horsemen magicians of the films, featuring a world-class ensemble performing solo magic stunts alongside elaborate illusions and cutting-edge technology. Casting details are yet to be announced.
Simon Painter co-created the show with Adam Trent and serves as creative producer, while Tim Lawson is executive producer. The creative team also includes Ash Jacks McCready as creative and staging director, Kirsty White as creative director, and Enzo Wenye as illusion director.
Painter highlighted the ambition behind the production, saying it “pushes the boundaries of stage magic to the absolute edge, making the impossible possible in front of your very eyes.” Lawson noted the historical significance of the London Coliseum as one of the city’s grandest family variety theatres.
Tickets for Now You See Me Live go on general sale from 1 April 2026. The production is co-produced by Runaway Entertainment, BOS Productions and Timothy Laczynski.
Following its international success with sold-out seasons in Sydney and Singapore, the show continues to explore the blend of theatrical spectacle and magic in major venues.
