Rafferty Coope joins West End cast of Now You See Me Live at London Coliseum
Britain’s Got Talent golden buzzer winner Rafferty Coope has been confirmed to join the cast of the stage illusion show Now You See Me Live. The production opens at the London Coliseum this summer, bringing the blockbuster film franchise’s magic to the West End.
Rafferty Coope will join the West End cast of Now You See Me Live, which runs at the London Coliseum from Friday 31 July to Sunday 6 September 2026. Presented by Lionsgate in collaboration with Tim Lawson and Simon Painter, the show is based on the popular Now You See Me film series.
The live production has already completed successful stints in Australia and Singapore, including a sold-out engagement at the Sydney Opera House. Now it comes to London with a cast featuring illusion designer Enzo Weyne, escapologist Andrew Basso, magician Gabriella Lester, and award-winning magician Matthew Pomeroy.
Coope, who described the films as a major influence on his early interest in magic, said it was “a huge honour” to perform in the show alongside some of the world’s best magical talent. He will also represent Now You See Me Live at this weekend’s West End Live event.
Joining Coope are Britain’s Got Talent finalists Eden Choi and Fraser Penman, who appear as guest performers. Weyne is scheduled to perform only until 10 August, while Lester and Choi will have limited performances on specific dates in August.
The show is created by Simon Painter and Adam Trent, with creative and stage direction led by Ash Jacks, co-creative direction by Kirsty White, and illusion direction by Enzo Weyne. The Now You See Me film franchise has grossed $929 million worldwide.
Now You See Me Live offers a theatrical twist on the blockbuster films, combining stage magic and illusion in a large-scale production designed to draw in audiences with its cinematic roots and live spectacle.
